John Ogden talks about his passion for the wine business
Stu Bewley of Alder Springs Vineyard demonstrates the pruning techniques he and his crew employ at his 140 acre vineyard property in Mendocino County. The vineyard averages an unbelievable 1.9 tons per acre! They "bonsai" their clusters, drop most of the fruit, and manage the canopy of each vine meticulously to achieve some of the highest quality grapes in California.
